We accept Money Orders, Cashiers Checks and Visa and MasterCard. Personal checks also accepted; they will be held until cleared.

Shipping Policy:

Shipping will be paid by the customer. We offer free shipping on orders of $750 or more. Occasionally we offer items for sale on eBay; free shipping does not apply to eBay sales. Please contact us for exact shipping information.

Warranty Policy:

All equipment offered for sale by KJI Electronics is covered by warranties extended by the various manufacturers we are associated with. After purchase, should you experience difficulty with any item, please feel free to contact KJI Electronics for technical assistance and/or to obtain the telephone number for the manufacturers' technical or customer service representative.

Return Policy:

The return of any product sold by KJI Electronics is subject to a discretionary re-stocking fee of up to 20%. Returned equipment must include all original parts, instruction/operating manuals, all associated paperwork (including the product's non-completed warranty card), the manufacturer's original box, and all packing material. Equipment that has been modified in any way is not returnable. Returned items must be sent double boxed, i.e. the product in its original box, within a second box, for added security. Ship pre-paid, fully insured via UPS or US POST PRIORITY MAIL, in order to allow for tracking the return during transit.
